9kgs heavier and feeling better than ever! Don’t get me wrong, I know my “look” doesn’t appeal to everyone, and that’s not what this post is about. I wanted to show anyone out there who may be trying to bulk up and put muscle on that it doesn’t happen over night. These images are exactly 4 years a part. Every BODY is built differently and will transform in its own unique way, you just need to make sure your fuelling yourself correctly, training hard and picking up the weights. Regardless of how I look, I feel GREAT! I no longer catch colds so easily, I sleep better at night, my skin has a glow awwww the list could go on. Take the best care of your body because you only have one ☝🏽 @bikini.body.burn

Which do you prefer? Natural or self marketing Instagirl Edit? I know I’ve touched on this once before but I think it’s so important to bring awareness and reality to social media for young girls. Every day I see overly edited images from personal pages and business pages. Along with those “perfect” images comes a flood of women comparing themselves to a retouched image and tagging friends. From time to time I go out of my way to read these comments and go as far as visiting those girls profiles who are putting themselves down. They are always such beautiful, unique women and I wish that they would see that too. So I had some spare time and decided to retouch my bikini photo and copy the “look” I see flooding your Instagram feed. Heres what I did👎🏼 – Removed my eczema scars – Removed cellulite – Dramatically skin smoothed my body – Sucked in my waisted – Redesigned and sculpted my booty – Pushed my booty up – Thinned out my thighs, arms and neck – Made my hair bigger – Pushed my jaw line up – Added a glowing filter, twice – Narrowed my shoulders It’s a lot of effort, huh!? Seems crazy. But what’s crazier is that we all fall into the trap. It’s marketing and it gets us! I want to make cellulite, big booty’s, uneven skin and personality something to be looked up to! BUT I NEED YOUR HELP 🙏🏽🙏🏻🙏🏿 You need to love yourself. Every single inch and flaunt exactly what you go. Mind, body and soul! I’m not perfect, I do t want to be. I’m so much more than my Instagram posts. Just like everyone! Unique is better. Unique is power. Lumps, bumps and all🎉 @MOANA_BIKINI👙 #FLAWSANDALL

LETS PLAY A GAME? 👹 It's called 🥁 REALITY VS INSTAGRAM Every morning I wake up and scroll though my personal Instagram feed and spy "Insta Girls" posting unrealistic images of themselves. The girls I follow that portray these images have big followings, often with hundreds of thousands of young girls looking up to them as a role models. As I scroll though the comments I find young girls tagging their friends "GOALS" and "OMG WHY DONT I LOOK LIKE THIS😭😭" The truth is these girls don't looks like this. They look like you, like everyone. I have gone ahead and copied the classic "Insta Girl Edit" in my second image and listed below is what I have done to it💅🏽 Full body skin smooth Enlarged my booty Sucked in my tummy Sucked in my back Thinned out my arms Thinned out my quads Made my neck a tad skinnier Got ride of my scars and cellulite Made my breast rounder Lifted my booty After all these little tweaks, can you notice how my horizon is warped? So many girls are so into how their Insta image is going to be portrayed that they don't even notice they have warped the background!? 🤦🏼‍♀️ Ladies, I'm not here to play mean girl towards others. I simply want to #inspire you to love yourself and stop comparing yourselves to unrealistic images online. Look out for the signs of the "Insta Girl Edit" and don't take social media too seriously. Let's get real❤️
